History
Our story began five years ago in an auditorium at High Desert Church in Victorville, CA. In 2002, Jeremy McGarity and a team of a few other young enthusiastic leaders began meeting weekly to develop a ministry that would not only reach people who did not have a relationship with Jesus Christ, but to also reach people of a different generation. As the years went by, the church within a church grew to well over 1,200 participants. God not only began to grow the community in numbers, but He also began to grow the church into a family.
After five years of ministry in the High Desert, it was time for the family to expand and reach the South Bay. In 2006, the decision was made to plant a new church in San Diego. On October 7th, 2007, Seven San Diego began ministry in Chula Vista, CA.
