History
Our story began five years ago in an auditorium at High Desert Church in Victorville, CA. In 2002, Jeremy McGarity and a team of a few other young enthusiastic leaders began meeting weekly to develop a ministry that would not only reach people who did not have a relationship with Jesus Christ, but to also reach people of a different generation. As the years went by, the church within a church grew to well over 1,200 participants. God not only began to grow the community in numbers, but He also began to grow the church into a family.
After five years of ministry in the High Desert, it was time for the family to expand and reach the South Bay. In 2006, the decision was made to plant a new church in San Diego. On February 10th, 2008, Seven San Diego began ministry in Chula Vista, CA.
Now we are expanding again. This time to Lakeside, CA. About 25 minutes away from our Chula Vista campus. Beginning on Christmas Eve we will have two services in two locations. Then beginning January 3 we will have our first service at 9:30am in Lakeside and our second service at 11:15am at our current location in Chula Vista, Otay Ranch.
