We are a church where...
1) ...we reach people who do not know Jesus and help you whether you are Un-churched, De-churched, Re-churched or ready to Be-Churched. take your next step of faith. We want to see people come to Jesus Christ and live for Him Seven days a week.
2) ...we see believers grow and live out God’s Word. Fidelity to the Word of God is critical, we will teach what the Bible teaches not avoiding the hard truths that lead us to deeper growth and discipleship.
3) ...everyone feels welcomed and valued as we encourage each other to participate in the journey of following Christ. No matter what seat you are in at "The Table." This is what we mean by "table"...The church is the table where people come to get fed. There are three seats at the table. One for those who are maturing Christians, they "get it" they serve, give, they invite. The next seat is for baby Christians, new believers who need help with their next steps. And the next seat is for the "LOST" people far from Jesus who need to hear the lifechanging message of Christ. They may be "messy" - having a hangover on Sunday morning or something else.... but they somehow got to church through an invite or just because they are at the end of their rope. We will always have a seat for you, it's why we started 7SD Church...to be a Luke 15 church, welcoming the prodigal and helping the "older brother's" live and love like Jesus.
4) ...we discover, sharpen and unleash our God-given talents and gifts in ministry and live out our faith to each other, our community and the world.
5) ...our leaders function as an effective team at every level and area of ministry. This is not a "one man show" it will take a team to reach Lakeside and beyond with the good news.
6) ...we partner in launching more churches. We would love to partner with high potential church planters and send some of our own people out to help expand the Kingdom.
